Dr. Bhandari joined Los Angeles Cardiology in 1989. He focuses primarily on complex cardiac arrhythmias and is renowned in cardiac mapping. He has great expertise in the curative radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.After receiving his medical degree from the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Bhandari completed his residency at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his post-doctoral training in cardiology ay the University of Rochester, New York. His electrophysiology fellowship was completed at the University of California at San Francisco. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
Dr. Bhandari is the Director of the Electrophysiology laboratory at Good Samaritan Hospital and San Antonio Hospital in Upland. He chairs the Continuing Medical Education Program at Good Samaritan Hospital and is in charge of the Electrophysiology Fellowship Program. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at USC and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Electrophysiology.
