Daniel M. Walker The Ohio State University, USA

Daniel M. Walker is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine and in CATALYST—the Center for the Advancement of Team Science, Analytics, and Systems Thinking in Health Services and Implementation Science Research, as well as in the Department of Biomedical Informatics in the College of Medicine at The Ohio State University (OSU). His research focuses on a wide range of health services research topics, including interventions that target social determinants of health. He is particularly interested in how patients can engage with their health care in the community, and how health system implementation efforts can affect patient behavior outside of the clinical setting. He received his doctorate in global health systems and development from Tulane University and a Master’s of public health in health management and policy from Tulane University.
