Jessica L. Thomson has a PhD in statistics and currently works for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Research Service. She is a research epidemiologist and team leader for the Southeast Area Delta Human Nutrition Research Program. Her research focuses on nutrition and obesity in both child and adult Southern populations.
