Kendra Stewart is associate professor and director of the MPA program at the College of Charleston. Her research on women’s studies, financial management, security preparedness and other topics has been published in Frontiers: A Journal of Women Studies, Public Finance and Management, Urban Affairs Review and other journals. Her book, “The Practice of Government Public Relations,” with Mordecai Lee and Grant Neeley will be published in 2010.
