James C. Bridgeforth is an assistant professor of education at the University of Delaware. His research broadly examines the politics of educational leadership and governance, specifically focusing on issues of racism, antiblackness, and community voice in educational decision-making. He teaches courses on equity in education, K-12 education policy and governance, and leveraging research for educational decision-making. His work has been published in journals such as Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis, The Urban Review, AERA Open, and the Journal of Research on Leadership Education.
