Thalia Wheatley is the Lincoln Filene Professor in Human Relations and Director of the Center for Social Brain Sciences at Dartmouth as well as External Faculty at the Santa Fe Institute. Her research program investigates the behavioral and neural underpinnings of social interaction with the goal of understanding how minds connect in ways that predict the stability and resilience of both neural and social networks.
