Miriam Davies
Miriam Daviesis a lecturer at the University of Salford within the School of Health & Society. She has an adult nursing background within the fields of surgery and oncology. She later specialised in public health, working as a health visitor and continues to practise in this field. Her particular areas of clinical interest include child development, health promotion, medicines management and health technology. Miriam primarily teaches pre-registration nursing as well as having involvement in postgraduate programmes such as specialist community public health and non-medical prescribing. She has been actively involved with university research projects as well as curriculum design and planning for both nursing associate and pre-registration nursing programmes.
