Transfer Title Requirements in Years 2 and 3 of the Term (All-Access deals only)

In years 2 and 3 of a SAGE Premier All-Access subscription*, there is a requirement to maintain any individual subscriptions, held by the customer with a previous publisher or society, that transfers to SAGE and is added to the SAGE Premier package.

Customers in a SAGE Premier "Maintained" All-Access model must also maintain original holdings in addition to new titles that are added to SAGE Premier in years 2 and 3 of their term. A new contract for a SAGE Premier All-Access customer will include titles that were previously considered maintained titles.

NOTE: Libraries may elect to change the format of their maintained subscriptions (combined print and electronic, print only, or electronic only), but individual subscriptions must be maintained in one of the available formats for each subscription.

SAGE Premier customers with a maintained holdings requirement will need to maintain and renew all individual SAGE subscriptions held during the two years prior to the start of the SAGE Premier license for the term of the agreement. SAGE and customer will agree to a final holdings list, which will be inserted as an exhibit into the SAGE Premier contract. NOTE: Libraries may elect to change the format of their maintained subscriptions (combined print and electronic, print only, or electronic only), but individual subscriptions must be maintained in one of the available formats for each subscription.
