Sage has an agreement with Jisc for subscribing Jisc institution members to cover open access article processing charges (APCs) for affiliated corresponding authors. The UK Jisc Agreement, open to all UK institutions who are consortium members, will run between 2023 and 2024. The details of the UK Jisc Agreement are as follows:
Today, SAGE Publishing has released its gender pay gap report for the UK business, in line with the new UK Government initiative. On 5 April 2017, the median gender pay gap between men and women at SAGE UK was 14.5%, lower than the UK national median of 18.4%.

The Conversation was launched in the UK on 16 May 2013 as a collaboration between professional editors and academics. It provides the public with rolling coverage of news and access to new information about cutting-edge research as it becomes available.
Institutions with an open access prepaid account (OAPA) have a fund with Sage which can be used to cover open access processing charges (APCs) in both gold open access and hybrid journals.
