Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is something that we care deeply about at Sage. We are aware that the publishing industry, including Sage, has much more work to do in order to better reflect the diversity of the world we seek to educate and inform. Publishing special/themed issues or supplements can enhance the profile of the Journal, attract new authors and submissions, and support usage and citations. Many journal editors will arrange for a guest editor to handle the issue on their behalf.
